WHEN CAN I BOOK a CLEANing?

You can book cleaning appointments through our Book Now button online. Our cleaning teams are available Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4pm. We can only come when campus is open, so we can’t clean during class breaks because housing staff will not be available to let us in the building. Once you book a cleaning you will receive a confirmation email immediately, as well as notification emails and a text message of your upcoming cleaning.

DO I HAVE TO BE there WHILE YOU’RE CLEANING?

Nope! TU residential staff will give us access to your apartment on the day and time you book. If you have extra notes about cleaning your apartment, you can leave comments for us during the booking steps.

What if my roommate wants their rooms cleaned too?

YAY! Each cleaning option covers at least 1 bedroom, kitchen and living area. If others want to add their rooms to the cleaning, simply select a second and third bedroom or bathroom during the checkout process. The additional rooms are then added to the total, but only one payment is accepted. You can leave notes in the booking steps about each room (bedroom door with the blue banner or bathroom with the poster, etc.).

What’s included in the extra bathroom cleaning?

Bathrooms can get icky so we make sure to hit all the major areas. When you book extra bathrooms we clean all countertops, backsplashes, sinks, faucets, tubs/showers AND toilets (you’re welcome)!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY CLEANING?

Rescheduling is simple! Reschedule the cleaning through the confirmation email you received when you booked the initial appointment. But changes need to be done by 5pm the day before your appointment was originally scheduled. If it is not rescheduled by 5pm the day before, you will need to cancel your appointment and rebook a new appointment, and the cancellation fee is $15. When you decide to cancel and not reschedule a new time for the cleaning, you will be refunded your payment (it take 5-10 business days for refund to process). For questions please contact us.

What if I live in off-campus student housing?

Currently, Tulsa Hurricane Cleaning services on this website are only available to student housing on campus. If you live off campus, please contact our main Merry Maids Tulsa office for student pricing on full services.

DO I PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT?

You don’t have to provide cleaning supplies! We bring EVERYTHING we need to clean your space.

WHO CLEANS MY ROOMS?

The cleanings are done by Merry Maids Tulsa! They have over 35 years of experience doing housekeeping local homes and regularly clean on the TU campus.

CAN WE TRUST STAFF AROUND OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS?

The cleaners are fully screened with background checks and our staff does extensive training to make sure your apartment looks (and smells) amazing after we leave.

WHAT IF THE CLEANER MISSED A SPOT?

We guarantee all our work! If at any time our service does not meet your expectations, we will come back at no cost.

How do I pay?

Your cleaning appointment is paid for during the booking process. The payment system is secure through Stripe and it accepts major credit and debit cards. We cannot accept cash or checks.

Can I purchase more than one cleaning at once?

Yes, you can book a package of four (4) cleanings for the “hurricane” and”golden” appointments. You will be provided a code to use when booking your appointments so you can pick the dates when you want. This way, you do not have to schedule all the dates at once.

Can I set up recurring appointments?

Yes, if you know you want your room cleaned on a regular basis. For example, on the fourth Friday of the month at 9 am. When you pick a date and time from the booking calendar, simply select “recurring” from the dropdown menu and follow the steps to pick your dates upfront.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, you can buy a $100 gift card and it can be used for any of the main packages and add-on services. This makes a great move-in gift for students to use all semester long.
